Reservations for community/recreation centers can be made in person at the Administration Office located at 5033 State Ave. (behind Blockbuster and the Dental Office).
The community rooms are available for rent after 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays or after 12:00 noon on Sundays. Rental is by the hour with a minimum of two hours. The centers close at 11:00 p.m. both days. Proof of residency (driver’s license or utility bill) is required; deposit and rental payment is due when the reservation is made. Alcohol and smoking are not allowed.For more information or to check on availability, call 913-573-8327.

Pat Hanlon Senior Citizen’s Center
1101 Ridge (behind the fire station at 11th and Central). Over 30 Senior clubs use the center on a reserved daily basis. Some of the clubs offer bingo, cards, business meetings, covered dishes, pool tables and a variety of other activities.
