The Parks and Recreation Department provides many types of recreational picnic shelters varying in size. The shelters include:

Pierson Park

All shelter reservations must be made in person and paid for at time of reservation. To reserve your shelter, individuals must come to the Parks and Recreation Administration Office located at 5033 State Ave. Individuals may check the availability of shelters by calling 913-573-8327. No phone reservations will be accepted.
