The Criminal Division of the District Attorneys Office is made up of 15 Assistant District Attorneys (ADA). The Criminal Division prosecutes mainly felony crimes. These crimes include:
- crimes against persons
- crimes against property
- drug offenses
Overseeing the ADA’s are the District Attorney, Jerome A. Gorman and the Chief Deputy District Attorney, Michael A. Russell.
