Welcome to the Unified Government 311 Service!  

 

311 Call CenterOn April 7, 2008, the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas (UG) became the first in the state of Kansas to launch the new 3-1-1 Call Center network.  The Call Center is a unique customer service initiative to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of deliverable services to citizens in Wyandotte County.

The Unified Government’s 3-1-1 network is proactively making every effort to meet the new expectations from their constituents by providing a simple and easy three-digit access to a live person that can answer general questions.

  • Dial 3-1-1 toll-free within Wyandotte County (913-573-5311 outside of Wyandotte County).
  • 3-1-1 partners with a translation service to assist non-English speaking callers.
  • The 3-1-1 Call Center takes calls Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.

Please click "Make a Service Request" to initiate an online request and complete the online form, which will be forwarded to the friendly and knowledgeable Call Representative that answer calls at 3-1-1. If you call 3-1-1, please make sure you provide the “specific” address of the issue along with your contact information.
