The City of Kansas City, Kansas is actively seeking the involvement of community partners and citizens in the implementation of the EPA Brownfields Assessment Project. There are four ways to get involved with this initiative.

Identify Sites - Tell the UG of any brownfield sites in the area you know about. (See Brownfields Site Nomination Form in the ’Forms’ Section of the Website)

Help Prioritize Sites - Let the UG know which brownfield sites you feel are most important for the community to redevelop.

Assist in Planning - Share your vision for what should happen at the high-priority sites.

Stay Informed - Keep up-to-date on project activities

To learn more about the services the UG can provide for your property, contact Mr. George Brajkovic at the Property Management & Marketing Division office at (913) 573-5749, or download a site nomination application available under the forms link off the Brownfields website.
