Livable Neighborhoods Task Force was originally created through a partnership of citizens and local government officials to address three areas of common concern: Code Enforcement, reduction of crime and delinquent taxes. Livable Neighborhoods is funded by Community Development with Community Development Block Grants.

The Livable Neighborhoods Task Force meets regularly on the fourth Thursday of every month at 8:30 a.m. at the Unified Government’s Neighborhood Resource Center at 4953 State Avenue. The meetings provide informational speakers along with opportunity for open discussion on community wide issues and innovative successful programs in other communities and are open to the public.
