SYNOPSIS: This appeal has been filed to facilitate the construction of an enclosed sun porch on
the front of an existing single family residence. Ordinance Section 27‑1159(d)(2)a.
requires a front yard setback of not less than twenty‑five (25) feet. A setback of
approximately twenty‑two (22) feet is proposed, for a violation of approximately three
(3) feet.
