2008 REAL PROPERTY VALUATION NOTICES ARE OUT Real property valuation notices were mailed Thursday, February 28, 2008. Property owners have until March 28th to consider the new valuations placed upon their property and whether they wish to file an appeal.

Property owners or authorized agents can appeal by filling out the appeal form on the back of each valuation notice and mailing or bringing it in. Phone calls are not encouraged because you may encounter unusually long waiting periods. If you want to appeal your valuation, we ask that you mail the appeal form to us.

2008 Values are available on this web site and we encourage everyone who can, to access them in this manner. Thank you for your patience.

2008 Personal Property Tax Return Forms Available Online 
Individual and Commercial Personal Property Tax Return Forms were mailed the end of December and the beginning of January. The filing deadline for Personal Property is March 15th. If individuals or businesses have not received their Form(s) or have any questions, they can contact the Commercial Personal Property Dept. or Individual Personal Property Dept. at 573-8400.
