The Compliance and Enforcement Division conducts annual facility inspections of air pollution sources in Wyandotte County to determine compliance with air regulations and permits. These routine compliance audits help insure that Wyandotte County sources maintain compliance over time.  In addition to annual facility inspections, the enforcement division investigates citizen complaints.
