The Kansas City, Kansas Downtown Improvement District (KCKDID), also known as Downtown Shareholders' KCK, is made up of property owners within the KCK service area. The Downtown Shareholders' KCK Board is responsible for overseeing its finances, while the director of the Downtown Shareholders collaborates with the Self-Supported Municipal Improvement District Advisory (SSMID/DID) Board.
