Vacant Property Registry

In order to comply with the vacant property registration ordinance, all property owners of vacant properties must register online using this form and pay a registration fee.

You may not need to register your property if any of the following are true:

  1. Your property has had active utilities in the past 60 days.
  2. Your property is listed on the Multiple Service Listing (MLS).
  3. There is an active Rental License associated with your property. You can check the status of your rental license or apply for one here
  4. Your property is lawfully occupied.
