The 2024 General Election is only 35 days away and you are reminded that you have until October 15 to register to vote! To register to vote in Wyandotte County, you must:
Finding out if you are currently registered to vote is as easy as doing one of the following:
Visit the Secretary of State's VoterView tool. Please note, the information you enter (name and birth date) must match your registration record exactly. For instance, if you registered as William Jones, but search for Bill Jones, no matches will be found.
Call our office at 913-573-8500. Provide a staff member your name and birth date and we will be happy to look you up in the statewide voter registration database.
Wyandotte County residents have several convenient options for submitting a voter registration application.
Online: If you have a current Kansas driver's license or nondriver's identification card, you can register to vote online. Follow the instructions to input your registrant information (name, address, party affiliation, etc.).
On paper: If you prefer to use a paper form, or don't have a Kansas driver's license or nondriver's identification card, you can easily register using a paper registration form. You can also request that one be sent to you by calling our office at 913-573-8500 or contacting us via e-mail at election@wycokck.org
Submit your completed and signed application to us using one of the following methods: drop it off at our office at 850 State Avenue during normal business hours. Mail it to our office at 850 State Avenue, Kansas City, KS 66101. Scan and email it to us at election@wycokck.org. Fax it to us at 913-573-8580.
