Emily Cisneros Emily Cisneros -  Ethics Commissioner Emily Cisneros was indoctrinated in service to her community at a young age as a lifelong resident of Wyandotte County. Her work ethic drove her to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Rockhurst University with a degree in Accounting. She then proceeded to graduate with honors from Keller University where she obtained a Master of Business Administration. Currently she serves as a board member and Treasurer of her neighborhood watch group and chairs the annual neighborhood picnic. Additionally, she serves on District Attorney Dupree’s Community Liaison Board and Bishop Ward High School’s Board of Trustees.  Emily is married to her high school sweetheart, Rudy Cisneros, and have 2 children, Adrian & Rachel. 
Patricia Orth Patricia Orth - Ethics Commissioner Patricia “Patty” Orth is a proud lifelong resident of Wyandotte County. She has been married to James Orth for nearly 50 years and to that union they have two wonderful children, James Jr. and Jennifer, and four grandchildren. Throughout her career she has worked at KCK Alcohol Safety Action Project, in the Unified Government’s Legal Department, and the 8th Street YMCA. She is the President of the Cathedral Neighborhood Association, a member of Liveable Neighborhoods, and a Corporate Board Member of Community Housing of Wyandotte County (CHWC).
John J Bukaty Jr. Chairperson John J. Bukaty Jr., retired Wyandotte County District Court Judge.  He was appointed by the Kansas Supreme Court to sit on the Kansas Court of Appeals.  Mr. Bukaty Jr. currently serves as a Special Master in Johnson and Wyandotte County District Courts and is engaged in alternative dispute resolution practice.  Mr. Bukaty spent (2) years in the US Army.  He has a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Kansas Law School.   Mr. Bukaty has been a lifelong resident of Kansas City, KS and remains active in the community.
Linda Brown Linda Brown, a former special education teacher who also taught at the University of Texas and Purdue University.  In 2000, she became a Board-certified Chaplain working at Truman Medical Center, Saint Luke’s Hospice in the metro and Saint Francis Health Center in Topeka.  Ms Brown has served as members of ethics boards for two other professional organizations and on the ethics committees in the hospitals where she was a chaplain.  Ms. Brown moved to Wyandotte County in 2015 and volunteers at the UG Animal Control office and a homeless shelter in Leavenworth County.
Dachia T. Busch Dachia T. Busch, currently employed as a counselor at Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley.  She was born and raised in Kansas City, KS and the Wyandotte County area.  She graduated from Washington High School and has a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Avila University, and both a Master of Education in Sport Administration and Bachelors of Arts in Social Work from Wichita State University.  Ms. Busch serves on various professional committees in the Kansas City Metro.
