Wyandotte County Public Health Department Clinical Services temporarily closed for training
The Wyandotte County Health Department clinical services will be temporarily closed Monday, June 24th through Wednesday, June 26th for staff training on a new electronic medical records system. Appointments and Walk-in clinical services (women’s health, immunizations, STD testing and treatment, laboratory screenings) will not be available. Clinical services will resume on Thursday, June 27th. WIC (Women, Infants and Children) offices will remain open during this time to serve WIC clients.

How does Pink the Dotte Work?

Women who are seen in the Family Planning clinic or encountered at outreach events are educated about breast and cervical health, and assessed for the need of early detection screening services. Women who are due for yearly breast or cervical screenings, are then referred to the Certified Breast Health Patient Navigator who will ensure women will get the services they need and follow them through the continuum of care.
