When does the transition Begin?

Starting February 1, 2025, all trash and recycling service issues should be reported directly to WM.

  1. Visit WM.com: Sign up for 24-hour account access. Your Customer ID is required to register. WM will mail a postcard with your Customer ID and step-by-step instructions in January 2025.
  2. Download the My WM Mobile App: Available on Android and iOS for on-the-go account access. The Customer ID provided on your WM postcard is needed to set up the app.
  3. Call WM: 1-800-796-9696.
