Download the myWyco mobile app or report online. The link below will open the myWyco website. Select 311 Requests and Reports and follow the prompts to be directed to reporting a Property Maintenance issue. Report it Online
**If the link does not open immediately to the 311 report page, select Continue to PayIt Login then Continue as Guest.
Our goal is to respond to reports within five days by determining if there is a violation at the address provided. If there is a violation, an amount of time is then given to have the issue resolved.
If the issue is an emergency, please call 911.
Call our non-emergency line at 311 and you will be directed to Property Maintenance Compliance. A translation service is available to assist non-English speaking callers.
Once we receive a report, it will be added to an inspector's route sheet, and they will inspect the property within five days. Once they determine if there is a violation, they will give an amount of time to the property owner to fix their issue.
