Hypertension Awareness & Prevention Program (HAPp)

The K-State Research and Extension, along with the Kansas Department of Health and Environmental (KDHE) and Healthy Hearts will be hosting a 4-month Hypertension Awareness and Prevention Program that involves self-monitoring blood pressure. This program will be kicking off February 28, 2024.

HAPp Program Details

Each participant will receive:

A FREE blood pressure monitor
An opportunity to meet with a trained HAPp Coach twice a month to help take and track blood pressure
Monthly nutrition education workshops
Stress Management & healthy lifestyle strategies
