Join the Human Services Department and various community organizations at Memorial Hall on March 24, 2025, to envision the future of person-centered services in Kansas, collaborate with others and help shape meaningful change in Home and Community Based supports.

LifeCourse Nexus will foster an environment for:

• Empowerment: where individuals feel valued, heard, and supported.
