Stay active and focused over spring break with our Spring Break Sports Conditioning & Mindfulness program at the Kensington Community Center from March 18-21, from 2 PM - 4 PM! In partnership with Temple Made Fitness, this program is designed for 7th-12th graders and will help you stay in peak physical shape while also promoting mental wellness.

Participants will engage in sports conditioning drills, strength and agility training, and mindfulness exercises to enhance both physical performance and mental focus. Snacks will be provided, and space is limited, so registration is free but required. Whether you're preparing for an upcoming season or just want to stay fit, this program will keep you motivated, energized, and ready to perform!
