DotteTalks: Community Conversation about the Budget

The Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, KS (UG) Budget Department & local leaders invite you to attend the upcoming DotteTalks event on Wednesday, April 30 from 6:00-7:30PM at the KCKCC Technical Education Center (TEC) at 6565 State Ave. KCK.

This is an opportunity for community members to take part in the 2026 budget process and engage in conversations regarding the 2026 UG budget priorities. Attendees will be able to connect with leaders from various UG departments, hear from the UG Budget Team on the current financial status for both city and county services, and provide community members with the opportunity to share their budget priorities through facilitated conversations.

Residents will also learn more about the 2025 Commission priorities: improving infrastructure; fostering economic development; enhancing customer service and communication; and upholding fiscal sustainability.
