HappyBottoms Free Diaper Pick-up

The Wyandotte County Public Health Department (WYCO PHD) is a Happy Bottoms partner agency. WYCO PHD passes out diapers once a month to eligible Wyandotte County residents. HappyBottoms gives each child 75 diapers (Size Newborn through Size 7) or 50 training pants (2/3T, 3/4T, 4/5T) once per month at a single agency. You must be enrolled at the Wyandotte County Health Department location to receive diapers from us.

Recipients must be enrolled in the program. New clients must fill out an application in person a WEEK BEFORE the next pick-up date. Call (913) 573-6734 to sign up and to learn more. Applications accepted Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. 

To sign up and receive diaper assistance from HappyBottoms, you will need an ID for your child that contains their name and date of birth (for example Medicaid card, shot record, passport, birth certificate).

Eligibility

To qualify, clients must live in Wyandotte County, have a child under 4 years old, and meet income level requirements (this program applies to anyone receiving, SSI, SNAP/Food Stamps, WIC, Medicaid, etc.).

Drive up to the garage on Barnett Avenue. Enter on the south side of the parking lot and follow the signs. Please stay in your car the entire time.
