The Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas, Department of Department of Buildings & Logistics has obtained Federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funding and is accepting competitive proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships and corporations for the Rehabilitation of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) in the Justice Complex.
This project requires a unique level of attention due to time constraints applied by the funding source and due to the complexity of the project. All firms/contractors must be registered in SAM.gov prior to contract award.
Vendors providing such services must meet the requirements, as specified herein. Solicitations from qualified minority, and women owned businesses, firms and individuals are encouraged by the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas.
