Residences at Victory Hills Pre-Bid Conference

Residences at Victory Hills is a new construction, family-service enriched housing development consisting of 152 affordable units with complete living room, bathroom, kitchen, with one, two and three bedrooms. This project meets KHRC's housing objectives.
