Mailing Production Issues Delay Tax Statement Delivery to Residents

The Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas (UG) prepared all 2022 tax statements to be mailed on Friday, November 18th, 2022, as well as email communication that was sent from myWyCo outlining tax statement information.  

We have since learned that tax statements were delayed in being mailed due to our mailing services company having production issues. All 2022 tax statements have now been mailed out as of Wednesday, November 30, 2022. Due to the production delay, it may still take a few days for taxpayers to receive their statements.  

In the meantime, below we have outlined a few options to access statement and payment information:  

  • Call 913-573-2821 to request the amount due and pay taxes online via myWyCo.wycokck.org; 
  • Visit our office (710 N 7th St, Suite 240) KCK, where taxpayers can get a copy of their statement and make a payment; 
  • Request an email statement via ugtreas@wycokck.org; or, 
  • Request a duplicate copy be mailed by calling 913-573-2821.
