2024 Snow ROADeo Winners Announced

Each year, our amazing UG team refreshes their snow plowing skills with the annual "Snow ROADeo". An obstacle course is set-up to test various maneuvering techniques that keep the drivers and public safe. The top three drivers from this friendly competition go on to compete against other municipalities at the APWA Mid-America Equipment Expo in October.

Congratulations to the three individuals who will represent us: 

• 1st Place: Lucas Isaacs from the Parks Department
• 2nd Place: Chris Traffis from the Street Department
• 3rd Place: Joshua Strumillo from the Parks Department 

We would also like to congratulate our Rookie of the Year, Eric Way, who achieved the best score among all rookie employees.

Stay tuned, new dump trucks will be featured as the trucks each contestant will complete with in the APWA Competition.
