K-State Research and Extension agents invite you to enroll in an email challenge. This four-week program will encourage individuals to improve their diabetes self-care behaviors. Individuals will learn multiple topics such as what is diabetes, how to build a support system, and health eating.
Participants will receive two weekly emails from Extension faculty to share diabetes health practices, recipes, goal setting and support to increase knowledge, and try new approaches.
Participants will also receive virtual support through a private Facebook group and local Extension staff. Individuals with prediabetes or caregivers are encouraged to join.
