The Public Works team values self-development and we strive to be a great team today while building the strong leaders of tomorrow.

Several Fleet team members have celebrated recent accomplishments we are proud to share.

Rane Stone completed his third Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification of his career journey to become a Master Mechanic. ASE certification is considered the industry standard in the automobile world at both public and private service centers. Congratulations, Rane, for your dedication and drive for self-improvement!

With additional CDL training requirements taking effect in February 2022, several Fleet technicians successfully passed their permits before the deadline. Congratulations to Jason Hawkins, Nick Quiroz, Parker Dean, Roy Mortell, Andrew Wainscott, and John Chamberlin!

Over the last year, many Public Works team members participated in an emerging leader program for local government called LeaderGov. Fleet Division team members Eric Yeager, Danny Brown Jr., and Russell Owens successfully completed the course and gave a capstone presentation as part of their graduation at Monarchs Stadium. Congratulations to all!
