Even with unseasonably warm weather in December 2021, the Unified Government Department of Parks and Recreation reports that our partnership with Jolt Lighting for the Holiday Light & Magic Show at Wyandotte County Park was a success. Running from November through January 2, 2022, the drive-thru light show offered family-friendly fun for the holiday season. With over 8,500 tickets sold, this first-ever event raised more than $13,000 to benefit the Wyandotte County Parks Foundation.
The Wyandotte County Parks Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides opportunities for individuals and organizations to improve the quality of life through the support of parks and recreation services in Wyandotte County, Kansas.
