The Unified Government’s Parks & Recreation Department has partnered with CivicRec to implement a new cloud-based recreation management solution.
The new digital platform will provide residents with easier access to the Department’s activities, classes, sports & youth leagues, as well as more convenient online registration and payment options.

New System Offers Residents Easier Access to Parks and Recreation Activities and Registration
The Unified Government’s Parks & Recreation Department has partnered with CivicRec to implement a new cloud-based recreation management solution.
The new digital platform will provide residents with easier access to the Department’s activities, classes, sports & youth leagues, as well as more convenient online registration and payment options.
The initial release of CivicRec will allow residents to search for and reserve community facilities, such as park shelters and banquet halls, all conveniently online. Additional features will be added throughout 2020.
"CivicRec Software will allow residents to reserve or register for services online. This is a convenience our community has been needing for quite some time. We are excited to be able to offer this capability as it allows us to better serve our community,” said Angel Obert, Assistant Director, Parks & Recreation Department.
The CivicRec solution is designed to be intuitive to navigate and easy for residents and recreation enthusiasts to use. It is mobile-friendly, allowing users to search for community activities and events, register, and complete payment from a smartphone or tablet.
