There is a lot that goes into the determination of property value, an important number in determining your tax bill. In this brief video, the Appraiser's Office explains how they complete the property value appraisals. Of course, there are a lot of technical aspects of their work but it is helpful to understand how the Appraiser's Office evaluates the changing value of property across our county.
