WyCo Annex Location Parking Lot Repairs to Begin Friday, Oct. 24th

Please be advised that on Friday, October 24, 2025, the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, KS (UG) will begin parking lot repairs at the public entrance of the Wyandotte County Annex Treasury Building at 8200 State Avenue, KCK, located alongside the west public parking lot. The west parking lot will be closed entirely for a complete reconstruction of the entry concrete. The repairs and lot closure will be in effect until Monday, October 27, 2025.

Important Reminders:

• All Motor Vehicle Appointments and walk-in visitors must enter through the temporary entrance on the north side of the building, accessible via the former drive-through area.
• The public will only be allowed to park in the upper North lot of the Annex building.
• There will be ample signage and UG staff on-site during the repairs to assist with directing visitors.
• Residents unable to attend their appointment due to this temporary change are asked to contact the Wyandotte County Treasury office as soon as possible at 913-573-2821.
