Homeowner Resource Fair

Save the date for the Homeowner Resource Fair on Monday, March 25 from 5-8PM. We are hosting an information session with the Office of the Appraiser on the property valuation and appeals process from 6-7:30PM and will have multiple resources available to homeowners that can help with the cost of home ownership.

Getting to the Municipal Building

The Municipal Building is located at 701 N 7th Street and is accessible via free public transit and within walking distance from the 7th and Minnesota transit center. Look-up available busses and schedules online. Free parking is available in the lots around the Municipal Building (Parking Lot E – Upper behind the Municipal Building and Parking Lot 3 at 6th and Barnett) and on-street. RideKC Bike is also available from Rosedale to the Municipal Building station.
