The Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) will close eastbound I-70 at U.S. 69/18th Street from 7 PM to 10:30 PM on May 2, 2023, in Kansas City, Kansas. They will be removing an old sign structure during this time. The loop ramp from southbound U.S. 69/18th Street to eastbound I-70 will also be closed. Traffic will be managed using traffic cones. KDOT encourages drivers to find an alternate route this evening to avoid delays. Please stay alert and follow any warning signs in the area.
