The Land Bank has launched a new map-based tool that allows users to search for properties that are for sale. Users can also use the portal to submit inquires about specific properties. Select the searchable map-based platform link or the Properties link located in the left navigation to access the lists of all the Land Bank Properties available for sale.

The Wyandotte County Land Bank is a unit of the Economic Development Department. The Land Bank oversees over 2,000 vacant lots acquired through the Judicial Foreclosure Process and donations. The duties of this division are to put delinquent tax properties back on the tax roll through various strategies that benefit the community. This includes marketing, removing prior year taxes, maintaining an inventory list, accepting parcels as donations and researching neighborhoods in Wyandotte County that contain delinquent taxes.

When considering proposals to the Land Bank, preference will be given to projects that support home ownership, improve neighborhoods and otherwise advance the economic and social interests of Wyandotte County and its residents.
