Liveable Neighborhoods, Inc. is 1 of 7 divisions located inside the NRC. Liveable Neighborhoods is a non-profit corporation established to address three areas of concern:

Liveable Neighborhoods Services

Data base and registration of all organized neighborhood groups.
Assistance with organizing a neighborhood group.
Provides a central location for neighborhood groups to get information.
Contact for ordering neighborhood watch signs.
Copy machine available for meeting notices and newsletters.
(Only for neighborhood groups registered with our office.)
Conducts surveys to receive neighborhood group input
regarding various issues identified by Liveable Neighborhoods, Inc.

Liveable Neighborhoods, Inc. meets once a month to discuss community-wide issues and innovative successful programs working in other communities. It also prioritizes issues identified by the neighborhood leaders and makes recommendations to the Mayor and Unified Government Commissioners. The mission of Liveable Neighborhoods, Inc. is to advocate for legislative, ordinance and policy change that will create clean and safe neighborhoods.
