The weather is getting warmer and the days are getting longer – it’s time to get outside and enjoy the sunshine and make memories. The Wyandotte County Parks & Recreation is here to help!

Wyandotte Parks & Rec has just published its Spring & Summer Parks & Recreation Guide, which is a comprehensive guide to all of its activities and amenities throughout the County. Whether you’re looking for a quiet spot to fish, a game of basketball or golf, or if you want to learn some new arts and crafts, you can find it in the new Summer Guide. Download the guide today.

Some of the things you can find in the Summer Guide include:

  • A complete listing of Wyandotte County Community Centers and the amenities at each facility.

    • Parks & Rec is always looking for new, exciting classes for its community centers!

  • Fishing and Boating information -fishing and boating season is NOW through November 30th!
  • Shelter information – the guide contains a complete list of shelters, including information on which shelters have which amenities.
  • Information on activities and sports – these include spray parks, youth summer activities, basketball play and tournament, plus crafts for adults such as quilting and ceramics and much, much more!
