kNOw LEAD KCK (Lead Abatement) A grant-funded program that assists residents with lead-based paint stabilization. The program provides certified lead inspectors and qualified abatement contractors to conduct remediation, which may involve replacing windows, doors, and trim, removing deteriorated paint, repainting, and replacing contaminated soil.
Laboratory Provides support services for clinics within the Health Department and limited testing to the general public.
Limited Primary Care The Wyandotte County Public Health Department offers treatment for common symptoms as well as employment physicals and sports and camp physicals.
